Manager - Channel Sales  - Business Bay Specialist

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement strategic channel sales plans tailored to the real estate market, focusing on maximizing partner performance and revenue on our exclusive inventory at Business Bay.
  2. Identify, recruit, and onboard new channel partners, ensuring alignment with company values and business goals.
  3. Conduct regular training sessions to empower partners with product knowledge and sales techniques unique to the real estate sector.
  4. Analyze sales metrics and partner performance to identify trends, optimize strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
  5. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders within channel partners to enhance collaboration and resolve conflicts efficiently.
  6. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the real estate industry.
  7. Prepare and present regular performance reports to upper management, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  8. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies across all channel sales activities.
  9. Act as the primary point of contact for channel partners, providing ongoing support and addressing any challenges they face.

Desired Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred for advanced strategic thinking.
  • Minimum of 5 years of channel sales experience, ideally within the real estate sector or related industries.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and growing channel partner relationships to achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics software to track performance and drive informed decisions.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus to cater to diverse markets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to interpret sales data and devise strategic plans.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate channel partners for optimal performance.
  • Culturally aware and adaptable, able to navigate diverse environments and build rapport with various stakeholders.
  • High level of self-motivation and a results-driven mindset, coupled with the ability to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet partners and attend industry events, showcasing commitment to channel growth.

  • Sale of our exclusive projects in JVC, Furjan & Business Bay
  • Develop and implement tailored investment strategies for high-net-worth clients focusing on Dubai's real estate market, ensuring alignment with their financial goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, investment opportunities, and risks in Dubai's dynamic real estate landscape.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and guidance to foster trust and ensure their long-term investment success.
  • Negotiate and structure complex real estate transactions, ensuring compliance with local regulations and maximizing value for clients.
  • Collaborate with legal and financial teams to prepare comprehensive investment proposals, ensuring clarity and professionalism in all communications.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, providing clients with detailed reports and actionable insights to optimize their investment strategies.

  • Experience with a reputed Developer/Broker agency in Dubai
  • Excellent knowledge of all projects and areas in Dubai
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred for deeper insights.
  • Proven track record of successful investment strategies leading to significant client ROI.
  • Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic or other languages is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of market trends and financial modeling.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Cultural awareness and understanding of diverse client backgrounds in the Dubai real estate market.
  • High degree of professionalism and integrity, with a client-first mindset.
  • Valid UAE Driver's license is a must
